The Team
Meet
Lauren Camille Ganasen:
Lauren is the Founder and Director of Camille and Co which was established in order to assist businesses and those enterprises requiring specialised expertise in business transactions.
She is well versed in the areas of commercial and corporate law and has many years of experience dealing with parastatals, corporate and individual clients. Lauren has provided advice, prepared opinions and litigated on behalf of parastatals, private and public clients.
She has also enforced the Companies Act 2008 together with the King Reports to ensure sound corporate governance. Lauren has engaged in board meetings, social and ethics committee meetings, and finance and risk meetings for private clients.
Lauren also has experience in Family Law and has dealt with issues relating to divorce proceedings including Rule 43 Applications, maintenance and contact issues.
In addition to her in-depth commercial and corporate law experience, Lauren is also armed with an expanse of knowledge gained over her years of practice, and is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, contract law, competition law, public law and dispute resolution.
Lauren also has High Court Rights of Appearance and is highly skilled in dispute resolution which never fails her.
